About Jen
A guide for women ready to feel whole again
I'm Jen Tarzian — an integrative nutrition health coach helping women reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their energy, and build a life that truly nourishes them.
My story
My true health journey began when I realized the countless hours spent hopping from doctor to doctor were not giving me the answers I desperately needed. For years I struggled with secondary infertility — enduring round after round of blood tests and medications that never got to the root of the problem.
Over time, my health only got worse. I gained weight, my energy dropped, my mood suffered — yet every provider told me my bloodwork looked fine. I felt dismissed, invisible, and completely lost in a system that wasn't designed to see the whole picture.
Everything shifted when I took an integrative look at my life. I began to see all the areas that needed attention — nutrition, stress, sleep, emotional wellbeing — and slowly, I started to heal. That experience transformed not just my health, but my entire understanding of what healing can look like.
I believe our bodies are wonderfully and miraculously made, and fully capable of healing when properly supported. Now I walk alongside other women on that same journey — helping them find the answers they deserve so they can live life to the fullest.
My coaching philosophy
I believe that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Your body, your history, and your life are unique — and your path to wellness should be too.
Whole-person care
We look at every dimension of your health — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual — because they are all connected.
Compassionate listening
You deserve to feel heard. Every session begins with space for you to share what's really going on, without judgment.
Sustainable change
We build habits that fit your real life — not a perfect version of it. Small, consistent shifts create lasting transformation.
Bio-individual approach
What works for one woman may not work for another. We experiment, listen to your body's feedback, and adjust together.
